Hello everybody! I've always wanted to draw a Star Trek related picture. So I decided to draw my favorite evil AIs (Data isn't evil though...)!
On the top we have Agent Smith from the Matrix, AUTO from Wall-E, the terminator from... The Terminator. Then there's HAL for 2001: A Space Odyssey in the middle, and last but not least... GLaDOS. She's the wonderfully sarcastic AI from Portal and Portal 2.

I seriously laughed way too hard at this...Data's my favorite TNG character...and I love robots in general.
i guess the nanite probes could be adapted to disable the terminator units, that would be the weakness, however i think the vital components of a terminator could be well armoured to protect them
of course a computer virus could be easily used against them,
another area of interest to me would be a deployable squad of Emergancy Security Holograms , probably more useful than a terminator as the hologram can't be turned
